Each culture has its own type of bread, and each bread has its own methods and secrets for the perfect result of softness and crunchiness.
Pizza is a type of bread that in turn has evolved over time. The invention of pizza as we know it today is attributed to a pizzaiolo of the nineteenth century, Raffaele Esposito, who was commissioned to let Queen Margherita taste visiting Naples in 1889 with her husband King Umberto I, just the Neapolitan pizza.
Our pizza is in Neapolitan style in respect of the guidelines of the past but that looks to the future, adapts to the evolution with new combinations and following the flavours of the new generations. Our pizza is the result of the love and passion that for many centuries has accompanied the human being to progress.
